Tonight I saw the dress rehearsal:
The set has nothing in common with the London show. It has been designed from the scratch. Firstly the theatre features other shows inbetween.Therfore the setting must be removable. The theatre has a much larger stagehouse than the VPT and the equipment is more versatile to fit requirements of a daily change of the play/show.
What we already saw in videos and pictures on their facebook site is only little. The Oslo show has more different scene designs than the London show and the way or direction these are moved in and out depends on the scene. There's a revolving stage including stagelifts. Sets are moved in through the wings or fly in. There are canvas projections. The snow in the "What's it gonna cost then.."- scene is projected on a black (invisible) net before a (I think painted) canvas of a typical english house with a painted looking but real door. Having seen Billy's room on pictures I thougt it looked like a boat deck with guardrail. But from the perspective of a theater seat it looks alright. Many scenes don't happen at the usual place. Kitchen, guild hall, ballet/boxing hall, inside or outside differs from the London show but makes sense anyway or even more.

I don't seem to find a title or description, the most pics need none. For the rest see below :

DSC_5182 Kevin - The Stars look down
5255 beginning of shine - that very little girl screeches dreadful until Mrs.W. arrives and stops aside her
..
5726 Born to Boogie - Billy jump from piano
...
5892 Merry xmas from left Per(Poshboy),Marcus,Kevin,Halvor,Oscar(Smallboy)
6338 Finale
..
5706 Born to Boogie
5636 The special things are in a box and unlike London Mrs.W. unpacks it herself and instead of TV theme tunes it's a comic.
5610 Tony holding crowbar -
Scene happens outside before a painted canvas of a typical building - like seemingly all of the pics - this is taken at rehearsals - here without the proper decoration.

But better than words can describe and explain - how about a video of the opening nights Finale: just a phonecam but available in HD (182mb) they share it on their facebook site so I suppose it's ok:

They share pics taken by patrons  - had only I known it's ok to take photos of the whole show. Well, I did see many in the audience taking pics of the Finale. I thought maybe those are parents.

Hmm.... Since the photos are all by the same photographer, and the quality is very good, I assumed that the photos were taken by someone with some official connection with the show. I see from his facebook details that he has a past connection to a dance studio, so my guess is that he is related to someone in the cast.

For the press night I had special permission to take photos from the moment the show ended with Michael on stage with his bike, so including the finale. Not during the show though, although I saw many people taking photos with their smart phones and even an Ipad. So all photos of the actual show are 'illegal' although the production company is not so strict with this... seeing that they shared the link on their facebook. Must have been a relative of one of the cast taking photos.

That is the conclusion that I came to as well, DenP.

Saw that Ipad too. Don't remember which day, but there was one in center first row who waggled a tablet high in the air.

Thanks to the shared Finale - video of 'Kulturkompasset' I have a very precious little souvenir. :D
