Here's a press announcement from February 1st, with translation from Google. Note the dates are now May 26 to July 8.

"Billy Elliot: The Musical" will premiere in May in Lima.
Juan Carlos Fisher will direct work that will be presented in May at the Teatro Peruano Japonés.
"Billy Elliot: The Musical", work based on Stephen Daldry's film of the year 2000, will be presented in Lima for the first time in a production of Los Productores ("An act of God", "In the neighborhood", "Boota por me ", among others).
The show will feature the performances of Johanna San Miguel, Bruno Odar, Rómulo Assereto, Ana Cecilia Natteri and Ricardo Velásquez.
The character of Billy Elliot will fall to Thiago Vernal, a young actor who has been part of national productions such as "The worst of my weddings" and "Back to the neighborhood."

"Billy Elliot: The Musical" will start the season on Saturday, May 26 and will end on July 8, 2018. Tickets are already on sale in Wong Teleticket and Metro. These are the prices:
The only Billy mentioned here is Thiago Vernal. However the video shows three boys. Also this Instagram post shows all three Billys rehearsing. The caption translates to:
It's Monday and the #Billies start the week hard.

I believe Thiago is on the left. Brando Gallesi is on the right. I haven't been able to identify the one in the center.
