I think the genius of the original London and Broadway shows and their subsequent tours is the amazing consistency in the quality of the casts and the production values as a whole.

As we are seeing with the advent of various iterations of the show now abounding around the world, including everything from large scale professionally produced productions down to regional and school productions, consistency in quality can vary greatly from production to production. But the gold standard of the originals remains just that: the gold standard. And I am thankful for it.

I'm not sure whether any information about this has been posted previously, but I notice that the Liverpool part of the Tour now starts on Wednesday 10 May and not Tuesday 9 May. Any thoughts anyone?

An article about the training and life of Billys - it seems to give the impression that training for new Billys will be an ongoing process when the tour comes to an end, which is contrary to what is known at the moment. Possibly a fiction to hide a fact.

It doesn't work for me, it says "this video is not available". Managed to view the video through the Facebook group though, loved it.
