My son is 8 years old and I can't even begin to imagine him having the capacity to consider such topics (obviously I want him to stay innocent forever!) Even if these 9 yr olds are physically developed and playing characters who are meant to be older, it's still requires an impressive level of understanding for them to express these ideas on stage at such a young age.jtsw1 wrote:Well, the "dealing with his sexuality"-topic in the musical is much smaller compared to the movie.
