I was at the Palace yesterday to see their production of LES MISERABLES (very well done). In the lobby they had a poster announcing their 2015-2016 season and BILLY ELLIOT was on the poster for June of 2016.

Rehearsals have started for the Palace Theatre's production per this post on Jamie's mom's Facebook. Here's a photo of Jamie in front of the theater, and another with Shane who will play Michael (a different Shane).

In honor of National Tap Day, here is Artistic Director Carl Rajotte teaching Jamie Mann some killer choreography for the upcoming production of BETM. The video then goes behind the scenes of the shooting of the promotional video in the post above.

We are still waiting for the names of the cast to be announced, but the Palace Theatre has posted these cast photos to their Facebook page. The first photo is the children, the second is the adults plus Jamie. Some of the people are tagged, but we don't know yet who plays which roles. One familiar face in the photo of adults is Shane Hurst (far right in the "Fiddler" shirt), who was a miner in last year's Gateway Theatre production on Long Island.
