A four year old Small Boy

Post by kport »

We were teaching at a Summer Intensive in Houston, TX when Alexei had just turned 4. So he watched the men's class do Flames of Paris. Alexei is now 7 and I will be uploading more recent videos soon.

Another real-life Michael with a great sense of humour:

- What do I do??
- Follow the others... marching forward to socialism!

Indeed. On the same subject, this video (it is part of the article, so I will link it all) is a remarkable one, coming from a small city in a fairly remote corner of the US. Society has changed beyond all measure during my lifetime - and the world has not come to a halt:

Shale Wagman was discussed on here a few years ago when he appeared on Canada's Got Talent. Here is a rehearsal video of his latest work, a self-choreographed piece titled DYSFUNCTIONING ROBOT. He was chosen to choreograph this for the Futurum Project evening in Monte-Carlo, performing in front of a distinguished audience including Prince Albert.

Yet another Billy2B perhaps, channeling Sergei Polunin remarkably, complete with church windows, foliage and streaming sun rays...

WATCH THIS! Technically, not a BETM-related video, but ...

It seems that SYTYCD this season is not doing all that well ratings-wise, perhaps because of the new format with kids competing. But all I can say is those who have decided to give it a miss should definitely reconsider. You will see some phenomenal young dancers who are destined to be future stars, and JT is one of them. He reminds me a bit of JP Viernes when he first became a Chicago Billy.
