Army of Light is great on YouTube, but seeing it live is breathtaking, especially from the front row. That's where I was sitting earlier this evening for the Elite Danceworx recital at the Markham Theatre for the Performing Arts. The studio that brought us both Julian and Ty is a deep well of talent, including an unusually large number of teenage boys. It is great to see so many following their dreams in Billy's footsteps. With extremely talented dancers, innovative choreography, and excellent lighting design, this show is much more than a typical recital. I left feeling energized and inspired, just like after a Billy show.

I should mention as well that yesterday was the anniversary of Julian's first show as Billy. He has accomplished so much in the past year. I am so proud of him.
