My September issue of OUT Magazine arrived today. It has a nice feature story on Ryan, formerly of Billy Elliot and Newsies, and currently in Matilda. His latest project is the movie Five Dances, which opens in late September.

The article itself is not currently available online, but I did find this tumblr post with photos of the pages from the magazine. You might be able to squint to read it, or at least you can see the pics.

Ryan's movie, Five Dances, has been selected as the Centerpiece film at next month's ImageOut Film Festival here in Rochester. I am a long time volunteer for this festival.

Here is the trailer. It looks really good! I am excited that I will get to see it four weeks from today. :D

Ryan is interviewed in this Broadway World article. He is featured in a large-scale dance ensemble for "In Your Arms" that is playing at Vassar College in Poughkeepsie July 5-13. Carole Shelley is also part of the cast.
