FORUM DOWN TIME--HOST SERVER CHANGE

Post by ERinVA »

I have received a notice from our hosting company that the forum will be down for 1-2 hours within the next couple of days while they are changing to new server hardware, so if you find yourself wondering why you can't get on the forum at some point, that will be why. Not sure what qualifies as "early morning hours (MST)," but if it's between 12-4 am MST, then that will be around 7-9 am in the UK.
Dear Ellen,

We're pleased to inform you that we will begin upgrading your account,
and all associated subdomains, to a new hosting server within the next
48 hours.

This upgrade requires that we take your websites offline for a short
period of time to complete the transfer. Anticipated downtime is
between 1-2 hours; to help reduce the visibility of this outage, your
account will be moved during the early morning hours (MST).
Let's hope this will improve the periodic balkiness we have been experiencing when trying to access the forum. Again, thanks for everyone's patience while this process takes place.
Ellen
