Can anyone confirm the identity of the former Billy (or Michael?) who came out in crutches and a leg cast at the final curtain of the 10th Anniversary Show?

That was Kaine Ward, who played Billy from Nov 2011 to Feb 2013.

Pia has an excellent English accent. According to Wikipedia, she is the grandniece of Doris Day.
