This offer is also in the Evening Standard today (same ownership as The Independent):

Mon-Thurs between 11 June and 12 July.............30 performances to celebrate Billy Elliot's 3000th performance. Book by 15 April

and there was a very good advert during Coronation Street tonight.

It looks like the Marketing people are working overtime :D

Maybe this should go in the other thread?

Which other thread? I can copy it into Ticketing if you think it would go better there.

It might be more visible there.

I was informed by the Box Office yesterday that, as far as is known, the 3000th show will indeed fall on 16th July.

Missed .........

There's another BETM milestone missed.

Bother.

Personally, I would rather be in town for Guy Fawkes Day this year, anyway.

So, maybe 3100-3300 someplace for BETM. I've already anchored my trip with seats for October 27 at the RAH (a rare night when I have to choose Kensington over Victoria).

I wonder if Customs and Border Control will be full of angst and anxiety at my port of entry on the US' Election Day?

On Saturday last, the 7th Birthday show, David Massey announced that the number of shows was 2926. That means 74 performances until the 3000th show. By my calculations at eight shows per week the 3000th show should be on Thursday 19 July. Previously, I think it was Billy Whizz had calculated the date to be 16 July. Is it possible for the Company to let us know when it will be 'celebrating' the 3000th show?
