Billy Elliot has been shortlisted by West End audiences for the BBC Radio 2 Audience Award - so vote again as I did!

Deka Walmsley has made a short speech at the end of performances, asking for the audiences' votes. They also project a message - and the website - on the safety curtain at the VPT.

Yesterday Deka gave another ninety second talk at the very end of the performance asking for the audience's votes and then did two superb cartwheels alongside Adam. He picked exactly the right time as the audience had been raptuously on their feet having witnessed a stunning performance from Adam and the rest of the cast. Pointing to Adam he said 'Do it please - for the efforts of that kid alone!'
It would be wonderful if Billy could win the competition. Do vote if you haven't already done so.
