It's interesting that Demi Lee was replaced by one of the Ballet Girls, I thought a standby for each of the kids was generally on premisis on case of illness or injury.

I think it is only the case for Billys and Michaels that there are two of them at the theatre for every show.

It is unusual for a Debbie to be replaced by a ballet girl, but it has been done before - at least once. It would only happen if both the scheduled Debbie and the backup Debbie couldn't go on, so apparently that happened.

There are 2 Michael's and Debbie's in London all the time. One to perform and on standby.
