Interesting that there are blackout dates on this offer. Any significance?

Tickets are subject to availability; non-transferable and exclusions apply. Blackout dates apply (March 30– April 17, May 4, 25–30). Travel costs are not included in this competition.

4th May is a bank holiday, the other two must be some school break or something.
