Ladder.

So it looks like I'll need the really tall ladder for that late night excursion to the "Bay Area."

Thanks for the link. I'm glad to see Samantha and Joel getting a chance to represent the show. I do wish that they had asked them more about their particular parts.

I loved this! I can't remember really seeing either of them on one of these before, and they both did a great job. Had no idea Joel is a Tony nominee for previous work but makes sense of course as he's wonderful! More than anything else, I was just sitting here smiling hearing them speak! I don't give much more than a shy "great show" when I see cast members at the stage door, so I can't remember if I ever really chatted with either Samantha or Joel. I know neither are British, but it's still so weird (in a fun, good way) hearing them speak in their real voices. And Joel looks so different!

Thanks for this! =)

Chris Howard and Peyton Royal from the BETM tour cast taught a "master class" at the University of Florida yesterday. WFLA (TV8) has a report:

This was great, thanks! Only part I didn't like was hearing the reporter call the show Bill Elliot. I mean, c'mon, this is your job! And it's a voice-over!

I heard that, too.

I heard the Bill Elliot commentary, too, but of course assumed my ears are too old for reality.

It's nice to hear I heard what I heard when I thought I heard it.

Not ready for network type shenanigans ...........

I am glad to see that Billy Elliot cast and production team continue to back local events and causes when they come to town. Not only did they do this while in Clearwater, but they also backed the 'Help Shatter the Silence' Project, run through the Ruth Eckerd Hall. 'This project pulls together true stories from a group of teenagers as taboo as suicide, sexuality and eating disorders' and presents them on stage, told by those who have been affected in some way. Every program had a flyer about it; the Project was announced before the show; and there was a booth about the Project next to the BETM merchandise vendor.

Many Broadway Shows come and go; BETM tries to leave some good behind. That is my view, anyway!
