From my experience, regional accents tend to be stronger (more perceptible) in adults than in children. I have noticed that the Tour kids speak more distinctly than the adults - it may be something to do with the timbre/pitch of their voices. Regional accents are becoming moot these days as regional accents are becoming watered down by media. And another favorable review, even if the author does create an unintended "mashup" of the shadow dance, Swan Lake, and Electricity in his description of the dancing in the show.
