It's not easy to book if you don't have a credit card issued in Israel :(
I called them, the ticket agent was a very helpful girl, and she's going to send me their bank details and I can pay by bank transfer while she's holding the ticket for me.

So what are the actual performance dates? I would like to add them to the title of this thread.

I heard about 24 shows in total from someone who asked someone who lives there. My guess is, they sell other dates right at the location only.
The performances dates except for the opening night on 31 may are shown when you click on the center button :http://www.billyelliot.co.il
1 June
16 June
2 July
15 July
28 July

I called the company organizing the show, and they said that there are only 5 shows (as listed online) . But the woman that talked to me on the phone was pretty clueless... So I can't tell if this is a definitive answer… :?:

Here is a video from Channel 2 news in Israel about the show and an interview with the 2 Billys.
Unfortunately it's in Hebrew. Basically they talk about the teasing they suffer as ballet dancers:

They added 2 more shows on Thursday 2 and Saturday 4 June.

Edit: And another one on 24 June

That makes:

May 31 Opening Night - not on sale

June:
1/2/4/16/24

July:
2/15/28

This is a new Youtube of Sahar Lev-Shomer, who will play Michael. He has quite extensive acting experience. The relevant Billy Elliot portion begins about the 4.06 mark:
