Actually, this was the last one of several takes. I think in the previous ones Jake was a teen trying to eat vegetarian, and his mother was insisting the he eat a plate of bacon. But the only one I saw all the way through was the one I described above, where they had turned the tables, so to speak.

Just saw this commercial the other day. It was another in the continuing series featuring the older kids who reminisce about the "old days" of TV as they watch a group of younger kids and say, "Kids these days don't know how easy they have it. . . ." Needless to say, I was surprised when one of the older kids turned towards the camera and it was Jake !

Ooops. You know, I subconsciously was remembering a post I saw from Jake on his public Facebook page where, on Tuesday, he was "On the plane ride to LA to film an AT&T commercial!" and somehow thinking my earlier post was that commercial. But if that was the case, that would have to be the fastest commercial ever produced, wouldn't it?

Well, I guess we can look forward to seeing another AT&T commercial with Jake sometime soon.
