No, it isn't. I have met him. Doesn't look a thing like the blogger.

I think he saw Liam and, in fact, when I first read it I thought I saw Liam's name twice. It wasn't until you mentioned it that I went back and saw Dayton's name there. I'll ask him.Moby-Dick wrote:Wonder which Billy he ended up seeing?
I don't think this is the same guy, StevenKing.StevenKing wrote:Ah i think thats the poem guy on Trents blog...VERY good writer.

Hmm, this is interesting. When I first read the blog, he said he saw Liam and Jake. Now it says Dayton. I guess he re-read his playbill.

Re: Blog Reactions to the show
Looks like he fixed it:
"As far as acting, the standouts the evening I saw it were Dayton Tavares as Billy (though I’m sure the other boys are amazing, as well)..."
Though, I gotta say, the amazing thing about all of the Billys is that they are each so amazing that you could put any one of their names in place of Dayton's in this blog - and I'd still believe every positive claim that the writer makes. Phew! What talent! Am happy that the boys (well, all those involved with the whole show, really) are continuing to wow more people every day. Love reading these blog posts!

I'm glad you said that, MD, because here's another, again reviewing the Broadway show:Moby-Dick wrote: Love reading these blog posts!

Re: Blog Reactions to the show
Here's a blogger review on the West End production. Note you have to scroll down a bit to get the BETM post:

Re: Blog Reactions to the show
"The best part for me was watching the effect on the audience. I particularly enjoyed...the tiny tinies in the front row, who couldn't have been more than three but who were just overjoyed by all the dancing and music. One of them burst into outraged tears after the thing was over..."porschesrule wrote:http://www.upthewestend.com/index.php?o ... &Itemid=48
Awwwwh. My feelings exactly.
Now if I, too, was a "tiny tiny" and still belonged to an age group where tears of outrage are still socially acceptable in the theatre, I'd react the same way at the end of a BETM show.
