I am sure that David will put his own inimitable stamp on his Tony ensemble somehow.

Re: Trent Kowalik
This person saw the show on Sunday with Trent as Billy. This is basically a blog review of the whole show, but there are some very nice specific comments about his performance.

Puts a whole new light on Billy's inclusion of a Rubix Cube in his collection of special things to show Mrs. Wilkinson...

Good luck, Trent and the whole cast tonight!
Re: Trent Kowalik
This was on the list of London Billys performance dates:
Trent Kowalik: 17th December 2007 - 7th June 2008
Exactly ONE YEAR prior to receiving a Tony Award for his Broadway debut, Trent did his final show on the West End. What a year this guy's had!!!
And, let's just say it, the Tonys was Trent's night. The first opening image on the TV coverage was him, he was positioned in the center of the room for the Electricity/Swan Lake opening number, while the other two were on the stage, he was the one who got to be on the wire, and to solo in Angry before a live audience of 6000 theater professionals plus a national/international TV audience. And he eventually was be able to figure out what needed to be said in their acceptance time, although it was still hard to get it out. (Kiril rallied at the last moment!)
A hearty congratulations, Trent!! All the best wishes to you for continued success. I will do my best to be there to watch you!

The photo of his family parading him down 50th St on their shoulders is, for me, the best shot of the entire Tony weekend. The look on everyone's face! What a warm, close, loving family he is part of! Very lucky kid.

You are so right when you say he is very lucky to be from a close, loving family.
