Here's another version of Marcus singing the National Anthem at the Jays game last week. This is a much clearer version, without all the background noise. He clearly nails all the notes and words:

If he didn't land quite right, this may have caused a problem that occasioned his replacement after the Angry Dance. Usually, an effort is made not to stop the show to replace a Billy, but to wait until the interval if at all possible, so I assume this is what occurred here.

I managed to grab a photo of Marcus and Dillon after the matinee yesterday.

Three representatives of the BETM Toronto production will be working with participants at a Stars Dance Academy workshop on August 22: David Kelly, Resident Dance Director, Myles Erlick, and Marcus Pei.

Wow, I wonder who started it!

Totally random, but I was playing QuizUp (which is just a silly phone app), the Musical category, and who did I play against? Marcus Pei. At first, I was like it could be someone else, but the photo is him dancing and it says he's from Iowa. Pretty crazy coincidence.
