Oh my, I hate to do this.... Moving Haydn to Former Cast.
What a lovely, gracious person she is, and Stephen Daldry's tribute to her at the beginning of the show was so very fitting. He said that she had been the backbone of the show, and that she had been such a wonderful mentor/mother to hundreds of kids in the show. They, and we, will miss her terribly.

On a brighter note, Haydn is already back on the stage for a 24-hr play event upon her return to London per this article.

Thanks, Linda. Good to hear that she will be part of that.
For those of you who haven't checked out Haydn's website before, here's the link: http://www.haydngwynne-online.co.uk/

Re: Haydn Gwynne
Ive just realised that I might have met Haydn before lol.
She used to be in Peak practice right? Well we knew the people whose house was used for a lot of the filming so we used to go watch it being filmed quite a lot, my parents made good friends with some of them, and I made friends with some of the younger cast as I was only young at the time.
That might mean ive met her! This was kinda a random story but ive just realised she was in it. :p

Here's a fun video I hadn't seen before with Haydn, Greg Jbara and David Bologna. It's from a Broadway event held last summer featuring dogs: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UV7voEhw ... re=related

Re: Haydn Gwynne
I just finished watching Masterpiece Mystery on PBS. The current series of shows features Agatha Christie's Hercule Poirot, played by David Suchet. I was delighted to see Haydn playing a character with important clues to the mystery. Here's a link to the promo video of tonight's episode: http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/masterpiece/poi ... dgirl.html I imagine that the whole episode will be available in a few days to be viewed online for a limited period of time.

Re: Haydn Gwynne
Yet more mystery for Haydn tonight in an episode of Sherlock.
Just watching her play an museum painting curator with a slightly bizarre east european accent. ....a part going by the rather lovely name of Miss Wenceslas.
Catch it on iPlayer later.
