Tony Award winner Lea Salonga (Miss Saigon) is interviewed by broadwayworld.com about a range of subjects including her newest project "Allegiance", which is coming to Broadway in 2012, just in time to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the internment of Japanese Americans in the U.S. Forum members may know that Lea is a great fan and supporter of Alex Ko and his family and has appeared in a variety of Broadway shows.

Fathom Events will be broadcasting a recording of the Broadway production of Allegiance in select theatres next Tuesday, December 13, 2016. One showing only. A decent musical, not the greatest I have seen, but gives the viewer an inside look at what Japanese-Americans went through. Telly Leung is excellent as the lead and George Takei has a small, but not insignificant, role as the grandfather.
