Small Boy Sammy Brentwood has a rare illness called Eosinophilic Gastrointestinal Disorder, known as EGID, which happens when a type of white blood cell normally responsible for fighting parasites and allergens is found in high amounts, attacking soft tissue in the gut. For Sammy, it has made eating impossible:

Effective with the cast change beginning on November 12th, the new Small Boy is Joseph MacDonald and the new Tall Boy/Posh Boy is Tom Fox.
