Tade Biesinger - Billy: Broadway, London and Muny
Re: Tade Biesinger
That's too bad. having seen Tade in the role twice, I have to say he is one kick-ass little Billy! Hope he returns to the show soon.

He hasn't started yet, unless the company has quit publishing the starts of new Billys with Broadway World, Playbill, etc.

Re: Tade Biesinger
Somehow I missed this thread and didn't realize that Tade was out with an injury. Just wanted to note that I think this kid is excellent as Billy and hope he's back very soon.

Tade has been retraining/conditioning for the past 2 weeks and last night he was thrilled to be back as Tall Boy. He may be stepping back into the role of Billy this weekend (They want to fit him in Sunday)

Thanks for that news, lil_levy. It's good to hear it directly from his guardian.

Yes very good news. At least by playing Tall Boy he gets back into the flow of the show, although I think Tade must be the shortest Tall Boy ever.lil_levy88 wrote:Tade has been retraining/conditioning for the past 2 weeks and last night he was thrilled to be back as Tall Boy. Re: Tade Biesinger
Anyone know what happened to Tade on Saturday? He was replaced by joseph, and according to this guy's review, Tade was injured during the show.
Anyone?

Re: Tade Biesinger
I don't know what happened but it may have been an ankle injury because on the "Billy Elliot the Musical" facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/BillyElliotMusical) one comment says "hope your ankle feels better Tade"
EDIT: In this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6xXy3VqluEs the guys says (around the 30sec) that somewhere in the first act, at least sometime before the end of Born to Boogie, Tade hit his leg on something and then couldn't do the flip off the piano, but had to do it on the floor instead. However, I thought I read in a review somewhere that that is what he usually does anyways, not entirely sure though. Then, the guy goes on to say at intermission there was an announcement that Tade wouldn't be finishing the show but was okay.
Hope that helps
