The Queen's visit to Republic of Ireland

There have been some astonishing historic moments and wonderful photos so far on HM's visit and, indeed, she is most welcome on this her very first time on our soil. However, this is my favourite photo so far . I wonder what Prince Philip is saying. All captions welcome. (Sorry about the pic size but that's the max allowed on the Forum).
I did get an invitation to tomorrow's luncheon reception but had to decline as it's Thursday and already have an appointment at the (other) Palace.
