I tried to purchase 2 for 1 for the 2:00 matinee on September 25. Selected "best available seats" but was told there were none available. Not sure how this could be. Even if the best seats are taken, there must be some lesser "best seats" that are still available.

Did you call or try to purchase online? I have found that calling telecharge works better, especially if you are trying to use a code like this one.
