According to a tweet by David Light, last night's show in Boston was the final one for Music Director/Conductor Sue Draus, Ballet Girl Olivia Wang and (temporarily) Max Baud. The first two are permanently leaving the Tour, while Max is going on a medical Leave of Absence for surgery and will return to the show upon his recovery. Ensemble member and Older Billy u/s Chris Howard will play that role full time for the next eight weeks (See tweets by Max and Chris).

Haha, was wondering about that too. Permanently tongue in cheek? Wishing Max all the best. He does a wonderful job as Older Billy, Scottish Dancer and other ensemble parts throughout the show!
