I don't wish the tour to drop either Ethan or Sam, and it's very exciting to have a new Michael in the pipeline, but a three Michael rotation has never proved necessary for the tour and doesn't exactly sound like good financial planning to me. Regardless, looking forward to Jake's eventual debut!

Edited to add: I now see Ethan is not listed as a Michael during the St. Paul stop. I hate to see him go so soon!

Not sure what you mean by this. The Boston run ended almost a month ago. Many did leave at that time. The show is currently near the end of it's two week Detroit run.
