I am pretty certain that Small Boy was Lewis, not Billy.

I am pretty certain that Small Boy was Lewis, not Billy.

It was NOT Lewis. Having watched Lewis many times, I can tell you with absolute certainty that wasn't Lewis. Although there are some similarities, their faces are very different and their body language is different as well. Even the hair colour is different - Lewis' is slightly lighter. And since it wasn't either Joseph or Max, it could only be Billy - unless they added another small boy to the cast whose name is a mystery.
