Part of that seemingly long break on the official site is taken up by the so far not shown Las Vegas stop between May 14 and 19. And they may add another city to the tour between May 19 and June 11.

Hair was in NYC two summers ago as part of their Tour. I hated the show (everyone else loved it) but I thought it was cool to see a production like that be able to set up shop in a Broadway theatre. I think it'd be cool to see more of that in general, and a permanent youth theatre somewhere too for productions like Seussical, 13, or others.
