Although this is from Review Vancouver, it's actually an interview with Noah Parets:

'Noah is under contract at least through December and isn’t looking beyond then.'

I am not getting my hopes up again! Then again, Tade has reset a precedent..................

Yes, but a contract for the tour would have nothing to do with a London contract.

Adult auditions,
Children auditions,
Prospective future Billys encouraged to contact website,
Talk of a Billy not outgrowing the part for year or two,
No announcement of the end of BETM in North America,

and now,

A Billy with a contract through the end of the year!

Somethings Up!

This is how rumours start. I have been given permission by a source within the company, who wishes to remain anonymous, to inform you that the article is mistaken. Noah is under contract until June 30. His first 6-month contract was for July to December. The author of the article probably misunderstood old information about a December end-date.

Speaking of end dates (and not Vancouver publicity) I wonder what happens to old props, costumes, sets, etc. once a production has exhausted itself. Will there some day be an elephant graveyard of tutus and miners' helmets? Ebay dispersal?
