I have to say that I was amazed and disappointed by the result of the public vote tonight. Prior to the show I thought Grace and Ali had no chance as the public just won't vote for ballet, tonight it showed they won't vote for opera either. For me Leah Barniville was the standout performer of the night, incredible voice and vocal control for a singer of her age, I thought she would be in the top 3 along with Issy Simpson and Grace and Ali. I loved Grace and Ali's routine tonight, even if it had obvious links back to Dream Ballet, but thought Ali was far stronger than Grace. They should have gone through, but I'm sorry to say that this does not make for comfortable reading
