It's an absolute ungodly, torrential downpour here.
I'm looking outside now, and this guy, bless his soul, is outside mowing his lawn.

At Chesterfield, dinner time, thunder Storm and downpour, back at Bridlington now, sunny all day, windy though, I think that has kept the rain off.
Thank God, I wasn't down for the matinee today, broken rail near Newark all trains delayed for over 3 hours this morning, I think I would have thrown teddy out of the pram if I'd been travelling to London.

Never did I think I would be snowed in down in South Carolina. First White Christmas in 47 years - third since 1884.

Snow and more snow. Temperature 25 F. (-3.9C) The worst may be to come, according to the weather service.

It's been snowing here since late yesterday afternoon. We have 6-8 inches so far, and it's still coming down. Not supposed to move out of here until tonight.

We have a pretty nasty storm band all across the state of Florida right now....and FL is usually pretty tolerant when it comes to storms so that's saying something if the whole state is genuinely freaked out about it. A lot of tornados are popping up all over the place. Here's to hoping things turn out ok!
