I've just noticed that the matinee and the evening shows are very close to each other (matinee starts at 5 pm, evening show starts at 9 pm)
That allows less than an hour for rest between the shows. That must be exhausting.

It does look exhausting, especially when there is only one Billy playing shows back to back, but it is not without precedent. I would imagine that it comes down to pacing oneself, just as an athlete.

Some shows at Drury Lane indicate a very brief break between shows (less than an hour), but they do have more than one Billy in the cast:

Well, at least Billy can rest on a chair for a while when the show starts again. :lol:

Yes, but that pesky Small Boy just won't leave him alone! Perhaps Small Boy is consuming too much sugar?????

(I'd steal his lolly, shout 'Pi$$ off', and give it to a Ballet Girl, as payback.............)
