This looks like an interesting movie to watch for.

"From first rehearsal to world premiere, BALLET 422 takes us backstage as Justin Peck, a young up-and-coming choreographer, crafts a new work for the New York City Ballet."

Watched this recently while flying aboard AC flight 142.
"significant investment resting on very young shoulders" comes to mind!
