This is a fascinating rehearsal video on choreographer Martín Céspedes' public Facebook showing him working on Dream Ballet with Micheal Hinton (older Billy) and Seth Judice (Billy). The choreography is not what we are used to, but it still looks like it will be quite beautiful when finished!

Just four names so far:

Seth Judice of Houston, Texas as Billy,
Maurice Kimball of Vancouver, British Columbia as Michael.

It doesn't give the roles for Katherine DeBoer and Allen O'Reilly, but I think it's safe to assume they will be Mrs. Wilkinson and Dad.
