I don't know if anyone else has noticed but from 31st December onwards there is a senior rate for Thursday matinee performances on the majority of full price tickets which reduces these tickets to £29.50.

I have just booked a couple of these to take my grandparents to the matinee on New Year's Eve.

Also, we rung the box office and, for those interested, anyone over 60 is eligible for these tickets.

Senior Forum Members have been enjoying this discount facility for many years and it applies to performances Mon-Thurs but, previously, not available to book online. The evening prices are a bit dearer at £39.50 but still fantastic value.

Those are very good discounts. I'm glad to hear that the theatre are doing their bit for senior citizens! It has certainly saved us a lot of money for our trip on New Years eve.
