Per this tweet from The Croswell Opera House in Adrian, Michigan will do a production of BETM in June 11-26, 2016. While there is no indication of a licensing agreement with MTI on the MTI website, the show is listed on the theatre's website as part of their 2016 season.

This article from the Toledo, Ohio newspaper The Blade, gives a summary of the 2016 season at The Croswell Opera House in Adrian, Michigan (which is just across the state line from Toledo), including the BETM production there.

A quote from the article by the theatre's artistic director: "one of the most important premieres the Croswell has had" as the theater is one of the first in the Midwest to be doing the show at the community theater level. She goes on to say "The Croswell will cast a wide net to recruit actors, singers, and dancers, especially for the challenging role of Billy".

Casting has been announced for this production. It's interesting to see another Boys Ensemble. Sounds like the Hexagon Players started a trend.
