Here is the performance of HAIRSPRAY LIVE! on the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. Sam is mostly near the back, wearing glasses and a brown/maroon suit with an orange shirt.

For those who previously inquired about Ricky Schroeder, he is the redhead dancer in the mint green shirt and pink tie, dancing right behind Tracy near the beginning.

A reminder: Hairspray Live! will be broadcast live on NBC tonight: 8 pm Eastern 6.00 pm Central. It will be recorded as a dvd for later sale.

I thoroughly enjoyed HAIRSPRAY LIVE! There were some flaws, but I thought it was the best so far of the recent series of "live" stagings of musicals. Sam did a fine job as one of the ensemble dancers.
