In the old forum, there was a post about how to call the VPT from the United States, and I believe it included a different phone number...

Anybody remember what it was? And what the prefix was to call from the US?

Dial 0044, drop the first zero and then dial the rest of the number. There are two other numbers for the VPT box office. I'll try and dig them up.

Maria, the international long distance code needed to dial another country from The U.S. is 011. Then the country code for The UK, 44. Then, as JohnH said, drop the first 0 and dial the remainder of the listed number. So we would dial the number mentioned by NIKKIE_NIKKIE as 011 44 870 895 5577

I think the other number for the VPT is (020) 7834 1317. We would dial that one as 011 44 20 7834 1317. There is still another number, but the theatre only gives it out to ticket agents, such as SEE.com.

The number I have programmed in my phone to call the VPT from the US is:
011 44 20 7834 3034. It's always got me right to the box office.

Thanks to RichB I have added the number to call if calling from US, anyone know what the Oz one would be and I will add that ?

To call from Australia, you would dial 0011 first, then 44, etc. And by the way, the number Rich B mentioned is the one the theatre gives out to the agencies. And yes, it's the one I use too. So far no one at the box office has asked where I found that number.

Cheers for that, so Oz and US it is same number, so I have amended original post.

Thanks to everyone for the info... Now I can safely get my tickets again!
