Auditions will be held this month (February) in both Connecticut and NYC.

With this in mind, we have decided to postpone our professional production of the Broadway musical Billy Elliot. While we are saddened not to bring this story of solidarity to our stage, we have retained our artistic team, and together we are exploring, imagining, and generating new ideas for how we can still bring you and your family joy and entertainment this summer.

Likewise, the Summer Theater of New Canaan has moved postponed its “Broadway summer musical” production of “Billy Elliot” and its Young Audience series to next year, while offering online educational programming for now. A May benefit for the theater featuring Broadway star Brian Stokes Mitchell was moved to November.
