Re: Harrison Dowzell - Billy
Harrison has 'wowed' audiences at the VP Theatre since making his debut eighteen months ago, but now it is time to say 'Farewell', as his final appearance is now upon us. The theatre will be packed to the rafters and, who knows, those rafters may have to be replaced after yet another Harrison Angry Dance. I send my best wishes to him for a great night and, what I am sure, will be a great future.
Re: Harrison Dowzell - Billy
Harrison, you have always wowed the audiences with your dynamic portrayal of Billy. Your 'street' version of Electricity brought 'em to their feet (and always a huge smile on your face). Thanks for giving us so many happy moments - I hope you take away many, many happy memories of treading the boards at the Victoria Palace Theatre!
All good wishes for the future....but first...Knock 'em dead, kiddo! tonight!

There hasn't been much news about Harrison in a long time. Next year he will appear in New Adventures World Premiere tour of Matthew Bourne's Romeo and Juliet.

Harrison is making his debut with New Adventures in our 2019 World Premiere tour of Matthew Bourne's Romeo and Juliet. He will be completing his third year at Performers College while touring with this production.
Other Career Highlights: Harrison played Billy Elliot in Billy Elliot the Musical at the Victoria Palace Theatre in 2012/2013. After his 18-month run, he returned for a one-off live performance which was screened in UK cinemas and also performed in the anniversary medley for Sunday Night at the Palladium. Other credits include Ashley Banjo's Secret Street Crew (C4), Crossing the Line (short film for Childnet) and Beauty and the Beast (Christian Storm for QDOS, Nottingham Theatre Royal).

According to this post by New Adventures, Harrison is featured in an article in Dancing Times-Britain's Dance Monthly. There is also an excellent clip of Harrison performing as Julian Craster in "The Red Shoes."

Two Billy's are in this photo.
Harrison Dowell is all the way to the right. Liam Mower is third from the left.
I am looking forward to being able to watch this performance on Sadler's Wells' website.
