It was a great review but I don't think I agree with the 'it's better than Broadway' comment.

I agree with Rich... I didn't like the way they compared Chicago and Broadway.

Me three, but I guess that Chicago feels a bit of an inferiority complex in comparison to NY, so hence the tendency to try to make themselves look better. Not necessary from everything I have heard about the Chicago show. Just as good as Broadway, but slightly different, that's all.
