i have exchanged a ticket for another date with the NYC ticket office but not sure about London. If there is a certain date u know u will be in London it wouldnt hurt to ask if they could it exchange it for then. The worse they can say is no and then u can offer it for sale or maybe even offer to let one of the cast members family use. To me its a shame to see empty seats when they could be filled with family members.
