The Ottawa article fails to mention that Billy has been played by Korean boys, but at the end does say the show received Korea Musical Awards. Interesting.

This article is from Toronto, but with the upcoming Tour stop in Ottawa, I thought this a good place to post it:

Let's hope that the airports are open! It is a long bus trip.

It wouldn't be right to welcome the cast to Canada and not give them a proper Canadian winter!

Would be cool if the canal is frozen and open by then. Nothing like skating on the canal and eating a beavertail

That would be cool, but doesn't seem likely. The Canal rarely opens for skating before mid-January anymore. However, in front of City Hall there is skating and a stand where you can get Beavertails. The tobogganing hill in the Arboretum had a great snow cover and was busy when I went by yesterday.

I wouldn't worry about the airport being closed. There was a good snow fall yesterday, but everything is plowed now and little more snow is in the forecast. It is expected to by sunny and -10°C (14°F) most of the week. Beautiful Ottawa weather! I hope there will be other fans up to enjoy it.

It's also worth noting that our airport rarely closes, even in a blizzard. We have the plows and deicing equipment needed for safe aviation even during very snowy conditions. We're used to it up here! It takes a huge amount of snow for things to close.
