Turn was an excellent series, and it was filmed entirely in this area. Colonial Williamsburg stood in for Philadelphia, and while the cast and crew were here I was able to attend a screening of one episode and a Q&A with the show runner, writer, and several cast members, including Jamie.

According to several sources, Jamie will co-star in a new biopic about the iconic dancing duo of Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers.

In doing so, he's sort of returning to his Billy Elliot roots.

A new role for Jame Bill: screenwriter.
The project, which marks Bell’s screenwriting debut, will be produced by Working Title’s Tim Bevan and Eric Fellner. Amelia Granger, Head of Film and TV, and Alexandra Loewy, President of Film US, will oversee development on the project on behalf of Working Title.

A nice synopsis of Jamie's career popped up again in an article called "The Inner Lives of Jamie Bell" presented by Film School Rejects in its biweekly series called "Filmographies", which I posted last year in this thread. Well worth another read...

This article mentions not only Lee Hall and Tom Holland, who has been tapped to play Astaire in Hall's biopic of Fred Astaire, but it also references another Fred Astaire film in the works starring Jamie Bell .
As BroadwayWorld previously reported, a separate Fred Astaire biopic is also in the works, revolving around Astaire's relationship with Ginger Rogers. Jamie Bell is attached to star as Astaire in that film, with Maraget Qualley as Rogers.

Yes, it appear there are two separate Fred Astaire bio films in the works. It's odd that articles on both were released the same day.

At 10 years old, Jamie's son, Jack, is following in his dad's (and mum's - Evan Rachel Wood) footsteps according to this post on instachronicles.com:
