I have permission to announce that Gwion-Wyn Jones will be performing as Oliver on the UK Tour. Also, there is a new Dodger, Will Edden. Will played Nipper in the original Drury Lane cast and more recently, Gavroche in Les Mis. The other two Oliver's and Dodger's are to be announced shortly. Each Oliver/Dodger will perform for one week of the tour and then have two weeks off

Glad to hear Gwion is reprising his role of Oliver on the tour. I saw him a year ago and thought he turned in the best performance of Oliver of any youngster I've ever seen. Very fine actor and excellent singer.

Ex-Nipper, Lewis Edgar, has been cast as Gavroche in Les Mis at the Queens, he is performing 3 shows a week from July 5th until Nov 28th 2011

Ex-Oliver, Edward Holtom, has been filming in Wales for the BBC series 'Sherlock'

Ex-Fagin's Gang member, Bailey Pepper, is appearing in 'Much Ado About Nothing' at the Wyndham's until Sep 3rd 2011

Some of the young Drury Lane Oliver! cast will be appearing in the UK Tour of Oliver! and Matilda The Musical in the West End later in 2011, full details soon....

Ex-Dodger Ben Wilson is currently on the Disney Channel's Shake it up Dance with Akai every day and the summer idents on Disney and has just performed at the London and Edinburgh Skyfest for Disney

Ex-Oliver, Edward Cooke, is appearing in 'The Go-Between' as Leo at the West Yorkshire Playhouse (Courtyard Theatre) in Leeds from Sep 9th 2011

Harry Polden, who played Gustave in Love Never Dies, has been cast as Oliver for the UK Tour

Jack Edwards, who played Henry Allardyce in Betty Blue Eyes, has been cast as Mr Bumble for the tour
