The two new Billys (Drew Minard and Mitchell Tobin) are getting closer to their debuts. Doing tech rehearsals according to this tweet from Kat Hennessey. And that's near the end of the process that leads to debuts:

"Headed to the Orpheum to start teching in our 2 new Billy's."

I think Mitchell is his formal name for the program and such, but people call him Mitch. Similar to Michael Dameski who was usually referred to as Mike or Mikey by those who worked with him.
