Day seats confusion
Alright, I am free on Friday night and want to go see the show. So I thought, there must be some nice seating opportunities with day seats. And I think there are but I read somewhere, not on the official website though, that you have to pay by credit or debit card? Can't you pay in cash?
Also, does the VPT open at 10:00 or can you buy tickets from 10:00? And in either case, is there usually a long queue? Will I be able to get a good seat (front row, I hope) when I get there at 10?
Haha sorry for being such a noob! I've never done this before!

What does day seats mean?
Why not look on the website and see if there are any seats you want, and book online? I know it's cutting it a bit fine with the post, but you can collect from the box office on the day,

Oh that's interesting, if you do get day seats let us know how much cheaper it is? Next time I go to that London I might just swing by rather than book in advance.SolidarityForever wrote:As far as I know day seats are usually cheaper and there are great seats availableOliverWaters wrote:What does day seats mean?

I looked on the website and there is a fair amount of seats still available, which I spose is to be expected on a termtime weekday.

Re: Day seats confusion
day seats on weekdays are £20,70, on weekends £28.
box office opens at 10.00am, but queuing usually starts an hour earlier, but it's not that busy so you got a fair chance for front row tickets.
the row B tickets you can book online are of the same price by the way.
and yes, you can only pay via credit card for dayseats.
hope this helps!

Re: Day seats confusion
Row A Stalls seats are only available by joining the day queue. But as Terpsichore says, row B seats, which are the same price, are available online. However, if there are no B seats available in advance, trying for an A seat on the day can be worthwhile.
